    1) 1)我看到您的最终时间设置为5s。  PSpice 尝试根据最终时间设置其仿真时间步长: 高值最终时间=较大的时间步长。  手动限制仿真选项中的时间步长。  对于开关仿真、最大时间步长应为10或最多为几百 ns。  此外、跳过初始偏置点计算。

    2) 2)松开收敛参数。  为线性 BJT 建模设置默认 PSpice 收敛参数。  对于开关仿真、将收敛参数放宽10倍甚至100倍。

    3) 3)设置电容器上的初始条件(IC=0)。
