TLV62XXX 系列的额定温度仅为 Tj=25°C/VIN=5V、Tj=125C 时的反馈调节电压值不是在生产过程中经过测试的值。
如果您需要最大工作电流为2A 的 FPWM 转换 器、其中反馈调节电压适用于整个 Tj 和 Vin 范围、那么我建议查看我们的另一个器件、例如 TPS62097。
