我认为有两个可能：
1.寿命可靠性问题-引脚在整个生命周期内的最大直流电压为3.3V。 它们可能在7V 瞬态之前不会中断、但几年中5V 电压可能会有风险
2、LDO3P3可能过驱-我相信输入缓冲器不会将5V 电压释放到3.3V 数字电源中、但我对此并不自信。 CTL4和 IRQB 当然具有保护功能、但我不知道其余的 CTLx 引脚。
因此、我不建议长期在引脚上施加5V 电压。 偶数 CTL4的额定电压仅为7V、持续时间小于1分钟。
