我们尚未对 BQ51013X BGA 器件应用散热器、但不建议使用散热器。
其他一些选项可供查看：
1) BQ51020是一款具有较低 Rdson MOSFET 和较高效率的较大 BGA 器件。
2) BQ51013B 提供 BGA 和 QFN 两种版本。 QFN 版本具有散热焊盘、可改善散热。
