是的、2.6V 图是加载所示测试电流时输出晶体管上的最大压降(Iout = 500mA)。 这是所有额定工作条件下预计的最大值、包括最小至最大结温。
在大多数常见条件下、您更有可能看到典型值而不是最大值。
