线性稳压器的稳定性取决于负载的阻抗。 数据表列出了 ESR 小于250m Ω 时的最小值为2.2uF、最大值为22uF。
虽然不同的电介质会影响并联电容器网络的等效输出阻抗、但很可能满足 ESR 要求。 但是、不满足总电容。
客户应在所有情况下(容差)将输出电容的组合降低到22uF 以下、以确保温度、容差和工艺变化的稳定性。
