目前没有扩展温度范围的电流计划、但我建议查看 TPS3840。 该器件还具有毫微级 IQ、是一款最新发布的器件、并对其进行了改进。
如果在没有/MR 的情况下需要3引脚简单性、请考虑查看 TLV803E。
这两种器件都支持高达125 C 的温度
