此器件不适用于低输入电压、高占空比应用。 也就是说、只要您可以为 VDD 提供5V 电压来为该栅极驱动器供电、并且占空比低于数据表中的最大值、该器件就应该正常工作。 但是、您可能会失去某些功能。 高侧短路检测仅在 VIN 高于3V 时工作。 电流感应电路可能不符合数据表中指定的精度。
