温度差异是为了确保器件在允许的结温范围内运行期间不会热关断。
该器件的额定电压可在发生热事件时处理这些瞬态上升。
TI 不建议在高结温下(高于绝对最大值)进行直流操作、因为这会损坏器件内部。
