SI 似乎是采用 SDIP-6封装类型、具有8V UVLO 的4A 增强型隔离式栅极驱动器。
虽然 UCC23513是我们的电流等效器件、具有4A 驱动电流和兼容的输入结构、但它是一款采用 SO6封装的12V UVLO 器件。
