UCC28950和更新的 UCC28951具有与 UCC3895上使用的完全不同的内部设计。 当 Ton 时间降至低于特定的用户可设置电平(TMIN 引脚)时、UCC28950和 UCC28951将进入突发模式、这意味着较新的器件绝不会在极小的占空比下运行、这会导致 UCC3895出现问题。
