TPS51200为 DDR3提供 VTT 电源。 我不熟悉 FPGA 和 TPS51200之间的连接。
如果使用 FPGA 打开/关闭 TPS51200、则需要将 FPGA 连接到 TPS51200 EN 引脚。
一个 TPS51200可用于两个 DDR3、具体取决于 DDR3需要的电流大小。
