LP2980-N 需要在开/关引脚上具有非常低的电压才能建立关断状态。
开/关引脚电压应小于0.18V。
数据表显示0.55V 是~μ V 典型值~μ V 的关闭阈 值、但最近的基准测试显示、室温下的典型关闭阈值将接近0.35V。
