如果负载电流较低、则 Vgs 将接近 MOSFET 的 VT。 随着负载电流的增加、它将增大 Vgs 以使 MOSFET 的 Rdson 变红、从而使 I_LOAD * Rdson = 22mV 正向调节。
这是由于源漏正向电压的线性稳压为22mV。
