我的一位客户在其设计中使用 LP2996时遇到问题。 他想用 lp2996A 替换 lp2996M、 发现两者之间存在很大差异。LP2996A 在 IC 背面有焊盘热连接、但 LP2996M 没有。PCB 没有有关散热焊盘的相关设计、可以直接替换吗？？还是应该重新设计 PCB？ 期待您的回复！！！非常感谢！！！
