从照片上看、您的电路板看起来只有2层、对吧？ 我认为2层电路板的热性能可能不是很好。
您是否还拥有系统的效率数据、因为我们还可以快速判断与电路设计或 PCB 板相关的原因。
BTW、您能否发送原理图和 PCB 布局文件？ 因为很难从照片中进行检查。
