对于我们具有内置保护功能的监测计、我建议您考虑使用 bq27742或 bq27750。 如果您需要单独的芯片来提供保护、则可以使用 bq2970。 我不是充电器专家、因此我不知道任何具有内置保护功能的充电器芯片。
