TPS22975具备热关断功能、因此、FET 上的高功率耗散会导致器件发热、并最终在关断水平(数据表中的 TSD 典型值= 160C)关断以保护自身。 当器件冷却超过迟滞(数据表中为20C)后、器件将开启并自动重试。
