此报告仅显示"MTBF/FIT"和"寿命测试"、并不意味着此芯片可以 长时间在10ms (100Hz)开/关状态下运行。
就质量/可靠性而言、应使用 MTBF/FIT 率。 只要不违反数据表参数、此器件就可以无限期运行(被 MTBF/FIT 率所取代)。 请注意、使用100Hz 信号切换该器件不会违反数据表参数。
