仅供参考：流行的 LP5907有一款较新的器件。 较新的器件是 TPS7A20、它提供更多的电流(300mA 与250mA)、更便宜、并且与传统器件相比具有更高的稳定性裕度。 如果这些增强功能对您的设计有吸引力、我们建议改用 TPS7A20。 LP5907在最大负载下具有更快的上升时间和更低的 IQ。
只需保持在 LP5907的绝对最大额定值范围内。 在使能引脚上、ABS 最大值为5.3V、而不是 Vin、因此这里没有时序或时序要求。
