即使在正常降压配置下、10µA 的静态电流也对强制 PWM 器件是一项挑战。 您必须选择器件的 PFM 版本。 此外、在反相降压/升压配置中、最大输出电流会有所降低(请参阅应用手册"使用反相降压/升压转换器"第4.2节中的公式)。 因此、我建议评估 适用于该应用的 TPS62827。
