SOA 部分由于故障计时器而变为红色。 根据您输入的 MOSFET SOA；故障计时器太高。 请选择 SOA 更高的 MOSFET。
您可以查看具有集成 FET 的 TPS1663/TPS2663、它可以完全满足您的系统要求。
