您不会通过从 IBIS 转换获得行为模型、因为它不包含该类型的信息。 以 TPS2115A 为例、IBIS 模型仅针对 STAT、D1和 D2控制引脚进行开发。
如果您尝试使用这些工具、您将看到转换后的模型基本上是 RC 网络。
