用TEST CONNECT连接时候会通过
但是，烧录程序会出现以下报错
下面是我的电路设计部分
EMU0和1都是上拉3.3V；TMS好像也是3.3V；TDI是3.3V，但是TDO是0V左右；TRST是低电平；
我测了我的28335芯片供电，VDD正常供电1.8，VDDIO正常供电3.3，很稳定。
