480uF/37mΩ doesn't look correct for the output cap. Recommend using 3-4 pcs of 10uF/50V ceramic for Cout (and one low ESR electrolytic if needed). Derate the ceramic for applied voltage.
Inductor is fine (30% ripple current), but the output cap ESR seems very high at 37mΩ (even given the high Cout of 480uF). As mentioned, 4pcs of 10uF/50V ceramic output cap is fine (maybe add a 47uF/50V polymer electrolytic with low ESR if needed for better transient response). Set the loop with the recommended components from the quickstart.
