Is this right after programing golden image on the device? If so, right after programming the golden image, did they send the reset command, and do a quick discharge for the gauge to adjust to the new battery?
I took a closer look at their files, and see the FD bit gets set when the jump happens. If I remember correctly, there is a bit which does not allow the SoC to jump to 0% unless the FC threshold is reached. They cound modifty those, but I don't have the .gg file to confirm what is their settings. Can you share it?
