You are missing the lowside MOSFET and the L2 is tied to GND.

Thanks for your reply. However, I designed this based on TI's official sample document（A solar-powered buck/boost battery charger）—there’s no lowside MOSFET in the reference schematic of that document either, and the inductor L2 is also tied directly to GND there.
