直接用直流53V给tps23752工供电，可以正常输出12v，但是用poe路由供电就是无输出（量rj45,12,36脚之间无电压）！，请问大神给点思路！原理图如附件！
补充：直流53加在l18和l19上！

用直流53V给TPS23752供电没问题，说明TPS23752的整个电路结构是没有问题的。
你换成PSE供电的时候，没有电压输出，说明POE握手不成功，你要检查POE插上的时候握手信号正不正常。
