bq40z80，循环学习FC后标志位发生变化
1.BQ40z80做容量学习时，充电充满了，但是FC一直没有置1，哪里配置不对吗？不知什么原因，有相关的人遇到此问题，方便解答一下！
SOC Flag config B默认的配置8c；
Charge term taper current设置500mA；
Chg Current Threshold=150mA；
Chg Current Threshold=10mA
通过阅读技术手册，上面写了在充电末端的时候FC置1的条件，以下条件均以达到但是仍然不见VCT置1和FC置1
您好，请确认Mfg StatusInit[GAUGE_EN]是否使能，请参考TRM 5.7Chargeand DischargeTerminationFlags 配置TC 和FC的相关参数。
