LM5145: SW voltage stress check

Hi team,

My customer is using LM5145 and they found that the voltage of SW is -7.79V with about 2ns during test. The waveform is shown as below, the per grid of abscissa is 20ns. They want to whether this voltage is safe for LM5145.
