在win10安装ccs8.2，offline包，将防火墙和杀毒软件关掉，报如下错误，请问如何解决

根据log来看，最大的两个原因，一个是您没有彻底关闭杀毒软件，另一个是安装包损坏。
您重新下载安装试一下，也可以换个版本试一下。这个版本算是比较老的了。
