Has the customer tested their board using SmartRF Studio to program the board (starting with default settings)? If not, please can they do this and see what their measured output power is.
Are these conducted measurements? What is their measurement setup?
Can the customer share any of these measurements (a capture of their spectrum analyser, for example)?
