您好，Vboot 通常大于2.1V，高侧将始终打开。 该器件的导通时间可以持续超过1/频率(400K)、因此我们将其称为100%占空比。
在低压降模式(100%占空比)下、频率将降低、因为高侧 MOS 在极短的时间内仍将关断、以便在电容降至2.1V (典型值)以下时为其充电。
