Hello,

Could you please confirm on Splunk whether we have sent below Order Push in Test environment to customer?

Customer is saying that they did not receive these.

Hi Ayumi,

Yes. We have this functionality in testing environment. For these testing data it failed because we received an invalid response with 502 as return code.

Could you please help to check with customer whether URL https://iris-connect.jp/api/ti/order-push is a validated URL for orders push in testing environment? Thanks.
