调试的时候,全速运行以上主函数,则无法在以上两个任意一个地址写入任意一个数(即0x1080,infoA段上仍然全是FF)。如果在下一句的_NOP();处设置断点,
全速运行后到达不了该断点处。
PS: IAR里的opinion里的FET Debugger里的“erase main memory” 与“erase main and information memory”选项 都已尝试过。

Lina Lian,你好!这个flash_writechar()函数里,已有对infoA段进行erase的操作。 先将infoA段的数据复制到RAM里,然后擦除infoA段,然后将复制到RAM的数据与需要更改的数据一并写入infoA段里。
